class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5bfb\u627e\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u9053\u8def<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u514b\u670d\u9a7e\u9a76\u6050\u60e7\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u671d\u4e00\u5915\u5c31\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e10\u8fdb\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u8010\u5fc3\u3001\u7ec3\u4e60\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5e38\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u7279\u5b9a\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002\u4ee5\u7ed3\u6784\u5316\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u89e3\u51b3\u6050\u60e7\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f7f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u66f4\u6613\u4e8e\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u51b7\u9759<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Calm \u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u63d0\u4f9b\u51a5\u60f3\u548c\u6b63\u5ff5\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u51cf\u5c11\u4e0e\u9a7e\u9a76\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7126\u8651\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6307\u5bfc\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u5b66\u4f1a\u7ba1\u7406\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u514b\u670d\u9a7e\u9a76\u6050\u60e7\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u5b9a\u671f\u7ec3\u4e60 Calm
