What is Geeksete?
Geeksete is a Brazilian technology website, online since 2021. We publish guides and lists about mobile applications: what each one does, how much it costs, where to download it safely, and — when applicable — what the advertising promises and the product doesn't deliver.
Who writes
The website content is produced and edited by Rodrigo Pereira, editorial director of Geeksete. The site is maintained by Spotads (spotads.me).

How we gather the information
- Application data — Note: Number of reviews, size, and age range come from official listings on Google Play and the App Store, and are verified in this publication. As these numbers change over time, there may be a difference between what is shown here and what the store displays today.
- Prices — We provide information on the billing model (free, free with ads, with in-app purchases, or subscription) as stated by the developer. Exact prices vary by region and promotion.
- Technical claims — When an app promises something that the technology doesn't deliver, we mention it in the text. This is the case, for example, with apps that claim to measure blood pressure through the screen or reveal who visited a social media profile.
What Geeksete is not
We are not an app store and we do not host files for download. All links lead to the official pages on Google Play or the App Store, and that is where the installation takes place. We also have no affiliation with the developers of the mentioned apps — the brands belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the product.
How the site sustains itself
